Store person

Full time | $50,000 – $59,999
Family owned and operated Printing & Signage company located in Melbourne for 40 years. We are seeking a motivated Store Person to join our team. Reporting to the Production Manager you are expected to have experience in a despatch and warehouse role.
Requirements

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Current forklift licence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Able to work full time Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm
  • Available to work overtime as required
Key responsiblities
  • Forklift operating (loading and unloading)
  • Receiving and despatching goods
  • Accurate pick & pack of goods
  • Book freight with local & interstate couriers and completion of consignments
  • Maintaining & housekeeping of warehouse
  • Occasional customer service (telephone)
  • Working with production & sales staff

Printing Bindery Operator

Kosdown Printing Co Pty Ltd – Well established print company based in Port Melbourne for the past 40 years is seeking a Printing Bindery Operator to join our high-performance team.
Requirements

We are looking for a person with:

  • Minimum 5 years experience within the print finishing industry possessing a sound knowledge of folding, stitcher trimmer, binding and print finishing operations
  • Able to to work independantly and unsupervised and to supervise bindery assistants
  • Available to work overtime
  • A strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Possess the ability to perform machine maintenance
  • Willing to learn new equipment and processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Forklift licence or willingness to be trained
