- Visit the login page with your temporary password
- Login using your email address and the temporary password
- You will be prompted to enter and confirm a new password
- Submit your new password
- You will then be logged in

Log in Help
Enter Name, type TAB key, enter Password, type ENTER key.
Click the field icon nestled at the left end of each field for field specific help. Rollover the Remember check box label and click for details on the Remember function. Each of the pop up dialogs for Forgotten Email and Terms and Conditions have their own instructions, click the close button or simply type the escape key to close these dialogs.
This login screen is designed to provide ease of use and provide support for all of the functions available, read the details below on each of the options or functions available to you for more information or use the built in tooltips. When further information is available rolling the mouse over the icon or text will change the mouse cursor to the help symbol indicating that a tooltip is available when clicking in this region. Read the tool tip for a brief explanation of the function or click the link at the bottom of this explanation to open the help dialog with all the information on the function or option.
Name and Password
The name refers to the name of the login account issued to the user and must be supplied with the password for the same account before access can be granted. Authority within the site once authenticated is governed by the options set for the account, what can be seen and done in other words. Each user will have a different experience once logged on depending on the profile they have been provided with by the system administrator.
Enter both the account name and the password, these may be case-sensitive depending on the security level required for the site but this will be clearly indicated on screen and when a login attempt fails. To submit the login request either click the login button or type ENTER on the keyboard. This will send the name password pair to be checked and authenticated against the login accounts. If successful you will be logged in with all the options available to the associated account.
If there is no match a message will indicate that another attempt is required. This message does not indicate which one of the name/password pair was incorrect, both need to be re-submitted. For ease of use and to speed access the submitted name and password combination are left in each respective field so they can be modified for the next attempt.
This option allows instant logon to your account and should be used with care as it has security implications. If anyone gains access to your computer keyboard and mouse and visit the login page they will be instantly logged on with the remembered account. Although this option is more convenient care should be taken to ensure that access to the computer is restricted and controlled. This option can be removed by clearing the web browser cache/cookies, see your web browser help for instructions on this. Roll over the Remember label text and click to read the tool tip and then use the click here for more information link to read the Remember option specific help dialog.
Forgotten Account ID
The login account is key to gaining access to all other options, contact the site administrator if the account name is forgotten. This can be done using the Email Site Administrator link. This will create an email in your email application addressed to the site administrator, write a short note requesting your account name and send the email. If this is not appropriate choose another form of communication, telephone for example, to request your account name from the appropriate authority.
In the case of a forgotten password click the Forgotten Password? link to open the forgotten password dialog. Follow the prompts on the screen, click the envelope icon nestled at the left end of the email field to read the associated tooltip, for even more information click the link at the bottom of the tooltip.
Fill in the email address associated with the login account and click the submit button. If not a valid well formed email address an error message will be displayed. The submitted email address will be checked against login accounts and if not found a message will be displayed. If the email address is a valid login account email address and automatic email will be sent with login account details.
Terms and Conditions
Logging in to the site makes all users legally bound by the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry to the secured site that the terms and conditions are agreed to, click the terms and conditions link to read the site terms and conditions.
Instructions on how to access a Solution account or create a new account.
Access Existing Account
Enter your Account ID and password and click the Log in button. If your Account ID and Password do not match an existing account an error will be displayed, make sure the correct case is used as the Account ID and Password are case sensitive.
No Access: If you cannot gain access or have forgotten your Account ID or Password use the Forgotten Password item from this menu. Note the email address you supply for this function must be the Account Email address, otherwise an error will be displayed and the Forgotten Password email cannot be sent to you.
Still No Access: If all else fails click the Email Admin button and describe you situation to the system administrator. This will open your email client/application and create a new email addressed to the site administrator, fill in your question and click send to send your email directly to the administrator.
Create a New Account
If you do not have an existing Solution account and would like to create a new account follow the steps outlined here.
Select the New Account option from this menu. Enter your details and submit the form. An automatic email will be sent to the site administrator with your details. Your request will be process and an email sent back outlining the result of your request.
Click the clear button below to clear previously remembered password.
Use the Remember check box to remember your password for next time. When the check box is checked your access credentials are saved by your web browser and the next visit will repopulate the login fields and all you need to do is type the enter key or click the button to login.
But, sometimes you may wish to remove your login credentials from your web browsers memory, that is when you use this option.
Note, if you login temporarily as anther user you can turn off the checkbox and the temporary credentials will not overwrite your previous saved details. The saved credentials will still be remembered for next time.
